Except that he's crazy. He's a killer, an agent of Chaos... and... he wants to have fun.
Why so serious...?
OOC: My version of the Joker is based on Heath Ledger's portrayal in The Dark Knight for the most part, though he is also influenced by Jack Nicholson's and Cesar Romero's earlier portrayals.
